Where do you ship items from?
We ship all items from our warehouse in Slovenia. For all orders in Slovenia and in the EU, we use the reliable delivery provider GLS.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries of the European Union.
What are the cost of shipping to Slovenia?
For all orders over 80€ to Slovenia, shipping is free, up to this amount the shipping is 2,90€.
What are the costs of postage to other EU countries?
For other EU countries, shipping is free for all orders over €80. For all orders under 80€, shipping costs are:

How long does it take to get my towel?

Can I track my shipment?
Of course! As soon as your order has been shipped we send you a tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order?
This is possible if your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. In this case, contact us at sales@tawel.si or on one of the phone numbers, clearly state your name and order number and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes as soon as possible.
I don't like the towel, can I replace it?
At the moment, we do not have the option of direct towel replacement, but you can return your towel (in accordance with the return policy, written general terms and conditions) and make a new order for another towel.
What should I do if I received a damaged towel?
First of all, we sincerely apologize to you. Despite multiple quality controls, a lot can happen. We will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible, and you can help by sending a message to sales@tawel.si that includes your name and surname, order number, and a photo of the damage.
How much time do I have for a refund for any reason?
According to the General Terms and Conditions, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the contract and then another 14 days to return the product.
The towel I want is sold out, when will it be available again?
If the product you want is sold out, you can enter your email address on the product page and we will notify you as soon as the product is available. Alternatively, you can contact us at sales@tawel.si for a more accurate timeframe.
Maintenance and care of TAWEL premium towels
What material are TAWEL premium towels made of?
Towels are made of 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. The mixture is selected carefully, to ensure all the positive qualities of the towel (fast drying, high absorbency, compactness and lightness).
Where can I use the TAWEL premium towel?
The towel is intended for use on the beach, swimming pools, fitness and similar leisure activities, but of course you can also use it for all other purposes, like any other towel, as well as a picnic blanket, let your imagination be your only limit.
Do I need to wash my TAWEL premium towel before using it for the first time?
This is recommended because the towel becomes a little softer and more absorbent after the first wash. Just be careful not to use fabric softener.
How often should I wash my TAWEL premium towel?
Since TAWEL premium towels are made of antibacterial and quick-drying material, washing is not necessary as often as with classic towels.
What is the difference between TAWEL premium towels and classic microfiber towels?
The biggest difference is in the material! Classic microfiber towels have a worse intoxication, dry more slowly and like to stick to the skin, while TAWEL premium towels have a gentle, pleasant feeling on the skin due to their high absorbency and special texture, and they dry twice as fast as classic towels.
