How do I initiate a complaint procedure?

In case of malfunction or improper operation of the product, you can contact Inovika d.o.o., Študljanska cesta 38, 1230 Domžale. You can also check the procedures related to resolving complaints by phone (031 642 645), or by contacting us at the e-mail address of the Complaints Department (sales@tawel.si). To initiate the procedure, it is necessary to submit an invoice, describe the problem and deliver the defective product.

How do I return a product?

Return or exchange of the product is possible at our office at the headquarters of the company Inovika d.o.o., Študljanska cesta 38, 1230 Domžale or via the online form. Upon presentation of the invoice, you can only return or exchange products in their original and undamaged packaging, and the products must be free of visible signs of use and in their original condition.
